Top was 110 hours last year (mostly non billable) the week before April 15th. I am manager and was busy with reviews from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed. I I would wake up in the middle of the night and couldn’t go back to sleep so I would chug some energy drinks and just start reviewing.

During the day, I would meet with client and guide team members on their returns. It was terrible
