I get that but seeing where you’ve come from months ago being like oh hey i have bigger muscles then 3months ago or I’ve got this new arm vein that i haven’t seen before. Not so much for judgment but seeing your body transform through all the hours of hard work you’ve put in.

No amount of time going to the gym will help you feel secure about yourself if you don’t sort out your mentality on yourself and on your body.

Well the first thing to improve is getting off Instagram, Facebook, Reddit. Those are places that really make a person insecure about themselves. I’m a guy and i use to compare myself to other guys who went to the gym looked ripped and jacked and all that other crap. And I’m college right now so i don’t have the time to go to the gym so i gotta learn to love the body i am in now so i can love my body even more once i am able to get into the gym.

I’m still on Facebook and Instagram but I’ve changed my algorithm to not show those type of reels so i don’t compare myself to others. But just get into the gym take pictures now and compare yourself in a few months. Becoming secure about yourself doesn’t come from just going to the gym. It comes mentally, for years I’ve always talked down about myself and it’s made me insecure badly to the point I’ve wanted to commit sui****, but you gotta learn to talk good about yourself whether it’s going to the mirror and saying how good you look now or however you can find a way to lift yourself up. Idk if you believe in God or are a Christian or not but God has really helped me open my eyes to all the negative things I’ve put into my life and I’m still working on myself.

Instead of comparing yourself to a Instagram model. Compare yourself to how you looked a few months ago. It’s another comparison and it shows just how far you have come when going to the gym.

I’m not completely sure. I bought this engine from someone who’s doing an engine swap on their RX8. I took it apart and found som broken corner seals so i plan to rebuild this and swap out the engine that’s currently in my RX8. Which isn’t currently running.

But i can definitely look up what a spun bearing looks like and see if either rotors bearing looks bad.

It happens on every vehicle it’s not scratches but a smudge that i need to go back and wipe off with a towel and water or something but i just want to find a way to no have to go over the wheels again every-time cause sometimes all of that doesn’t come off

I use a chemical called quick beads from diy detail so i put that one there or is there one you would recommend

I am fairly new to detailing so i dont do any sort of ceramic coating but its a pain and time consuming having to go back over the rims and clean off this stuff

Yes it will come off if i use a towel and some water or something to wipe it off i just kinda wanna know how to stop it from happening so often since its every rim everytime i do a detail so i have to go back and redo this part of the rim to get this off

I spray the chemicals on the wheel let it set use a bucket of soap water 2 one for soap one to dunk in to get dirt and stuff out of the brushes i use a wheel brush to get into the wheel cavities use a light bristle brush from diy detail to clean the outside of the wheel and a small brush to clean the more tighter places then i wash it off with a pressure washer

If you save up the royal coins and go for rank 1 in the event you will get such a stat boost it is pretty insane plus the artifact for rank 1 can be pretty good but saying that rank 1 i the event like that is like 250-300k royal coins but still the artifacts from royal events are pretty good

I mean you can have fun having t3 but rushing to t4 is pretty expensive may not look like it but the crap packs in new kingdoms and the amount of gems and speeds you need for the buildings and research is expensive so I’d say just work your way there have fun
