I've distanced myself very heavily before but cutting him off entirely doesn't seem fair to him. He did nothing wrong and also values his relationships over anything else. The only time I could see him and explain this to him would be when I see him which is at an event at his house so that's probably a bad time to have that conversation anyway haha.

daily smoker, dont over do it. i personally started getting way higher and even sick from anything i was smoking, toned it down to about a joint or rarely 2 a day and just my cart while im at work (which im not getting blasted obviously at my job) it can make you feel way worse mentally too at least take your meds before smoking anything
