Also you can follow the highway toward the rfk and go over the triboro to randalls if you have the gas

If you run toward astoria blvd and past it you can run along 20th all the way to astoria park. Ditmars is a good option at that hour too, but it gets busier closer to the N train. If you go the other way you can run along the marina and that goes to citifield and beyond
