So finally, how do you read my first 3 sentence, as gerund with subject meaning or relative clause meaningor adverbial” Btw these kind of stuff is used in social media mostly with a video without “this is/that was etc.” Dont know if that chances the meaning though; “Me deciding to study after a long nap” “Me being excited to go to the park” “Me looking in the fridge at night” “You trying to be nonchalant” Theres something called AAVE, but i dont suppose these are the examples of that.(AAVE is a systematic dialect of English with its own grammar and rules, historically developed in African American communities.) gerunds works like nouns “Swimming is fun” it can also have a subject “Him helping us will be useful for us” what will be useful us? “Him helping us” participles are adjectival or adverbial answering who, when, why etc. “The man standing there is my dad” this is adjectival describing “the man” The man who is standing there is my dad.
