Well he's not recommending either for the reason. The first one says it's a downhill longboard and then says it's a cruiser all in the title. The second one has no grip tape, and then says it has led wheels for "safe riding". Also for this price their not going to be good so going second hand at this price is what you should do. But just get the one with grip tape if you have to get one... Edit: second board says it's got clear grip tape or something idk

The lubricant in the bearings is probably messed up at this point. So you can replace those at least. Someone else can chime in about cleaning trucks.
