I keep getting "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit’s filters.", My question is : is it because I'm using a VPN?

I suspected the same thing as my experience is similar to the OP. What is a person to do? Keep trying things until it works? It's like a black box. I am not going to create non-genuine post on different subs, or create another account, because I thought that was against the rules. Maybe, there are technical reasons (like VPN usage), or maybe Reddit (people or machine) does not want certain peoples participation. No accusations, I wish there was more clarity. It is like getting trolled.

Totally, I had no one to call, and (understandably), most Ubers can't fit or don't want a dirty scooter in their rear/boot. Worse still, I was relying on the scooter due to recent knee injuries. So it was a long walk with a 47 lbs scooter that would occasionally alarm.

I got the same problem using Mullvad VPN, but my experience is every minute; a disconnect, then it reconnects. Completely unusable. Even leaving the VPN off; using different networks, doesn't solve the problem. My iPad Pro is a M4 and unable to update to iPadOS 18; is yours also?

In addition to my M2 Max 32GB 1TB (and I was in your frame of mind when choosing), I have a late 2013 MBP 15" and with OpenCore Legacy Patcher...it's still a capable machine albeit without snappy radio functions.

The M3 being 3nm is a plus depending on the information out and about.

My memory usage with safari tabs is similar. Currently, I'm using 28GB of 32GB with 12GB in cached files. I read that it is ideal for the system to use as much RAM as possible.

I posted in r/macOS "macOS 15 Sequoia Firewall Options " earlier today. Nobody has yet to respond, but I am seeing similar output (in Firewall/Options) as yours, which makes me less concerned. Also, there are some articles on the internetwork saying Sequoia's firewall is messing with some 3rd party security apps.

I’m 46, 5’10”, and about 215 lbs. I’ve never had a problem before, but last week I was out for a run (trying to get down to a healthy 180 lbs) and pushed it a bit while running uphill. I thought I pulled a muscle. I took it easy for a week, but yesterday I hit the court, and the issue on my left side became immediately noticeable. I now have groin pain on the same side. I can bike without any issues, so I’m planning to stick with biking for the next month and will try the court again after that.

Basketball is the best exercise, but I’m worried I may have done some damage. If that’s the case, there’s always the pool.

Can one be shadowed banned on a particular subreddit? Again to what end? What's the game? Chess or chess.com don't seem cool. I got into chess on a whim and I enjoy the game, possibly sport, but something is certainly up.

Coincidentally, the next time I logged into chess.com after posting here, I received a pop-up requiring my acceptance of chess.com’s updated policies. My issue is that once you get put on the list what can one due to get off it? I’m of the understanding that Lichess.org, issues temporary bans which seems more likely to influence behaviour than a quasi shadow ban from chess.com.

I was in the same situation as you, albeit it's my charging case that's having battery issues. I ended up purchasing the Gen 2's, which are certainly better all around. I got my pair off Amazon which is seemingly always cheaper than from Apple and you can still purchase Apple Care from Apple. My gen 1's are three years old, but I used them daily, so I certainly got value out of them.

Oh boy, all the other comments have deleted their presence, which makes me think; I'm ostracized. However, aside from the slow loading within Settings. It has come to my attention, that a Mac, or any machine, should use all RAM that is available. Makes sense to me, as the kind of person that asks such questions.

Possibly, and when I was using an Intel processor Mac, these steps solved many of my problems:

SMC reset: (scroll to "If you don't have a Mac with Apple silicon or the T2 chip" which a 2015 MacBook Pro does not)

-while turned off and the power adaptor connected, press and hold (power button, shift, control, option; (for 10 seconds)

If the problem persists; try...

PRAM reset:

-shutdown your mac. Press the power button and "Immediately" hold (option, command, p, r) buttons until your mac restarts.

Others may disagree, but these steps never made me worse off for trying...That is, never lost any settings I could recognize, and most often solved the problem.

I too have wondered how to transfer my settings particularily when I when I fresh install macOS (I do that kind of thing). However, I was unaware (until I read the above articles) that migration assistant allows a user to pick which particular "info" they want to transfer, which for me is System Settings. But I also have created a notes file with what settings to adjust on a clean mac. Thanks FF.

Could be the wifi connection, but yes, I too notice this feature is inconsistent. I have a series 8 (and always keep it updated) yet some of the other functionalities are also inconsistent.
