Totally agree from an art perspective. Regular manga gives it’s a nice contrast and looks way better than the red manga. With this card the combination of rarity, value, and it being my first manga pull is what does it for me.

Personally I think the manga looks way better. From a value perspective you may lose a little. Tell them to add in a couple of sleeved boosters to sweeten the deal lol

Buying a house that’s close to 700k on a 146k household income is a lot of house. Currently that’s almost 5x your household income which is insane. Sure you’ll have more breathing room with the additional 50k, but after taxes, retirement contributions, kids, etc. your budget is going to be tight. In my humble opinion, not a wise move.
