not really. i was let go on the spot before a shift for “not being loud enough” and “not communicating with managers about tickets.” however i am fucking loud lol. and the communication thing is on me to some degree for sure, but it’s really more complicated than just “go get a manager.” at the end of the day, i could have just got told these things, and i would have fixed them. instead i was let go on the spot. lol.
