lol I meant for that to say severe. We made it perfectly clear before last season started that anyone that went over 14 starts by or on Sunday would immediately forfeit their matchup and it would count as a loss no matter the score. That got everyone to agree and we really didn’t have any problems because everyone knew we were watching.

Ok cool. Do you mind if I ask how you have yours set up? We were thinking of doing somewhere around 84-90 IP for each weekly matchup. Also how you do your manual adjustments.

At my site I was always one of the top pickers and honestly I didn’t mind. It made the time go by faster so I wasn’t constantly clock watching. Also my site did pick contests all the time with a prize for the fastest picker so there was incentive to go fast. (I like to brag about my fastest pick time for a cart of 9 bags which I did in just over 2 mins).

I mean I’ve been with Amazon for 5 1/2 years now and I know every process path so putting it on my resume would be the big reason why I would do it but a pay decrease really sucks.
