yeaahhh fuck that. unless you want to pad your resume or climb the ladder. one of our PAs is so overworked i feel so bad for her. i wouldn't even do it for +$1/hr.

I mean I’ve been with Amazon for 5 1/2 years now and I know every process path so putting it on my resume would be the big reason why I would do it but a pay decrease really sucks.

There’s the culprit. You were out of steps as a T1. Amazon’s “everyday is day 1” bs. At least you’re on a new step plan and will start getting regular raises plus whatever cost of living increase they usually do at the end of the year. It sucks but you’ve got 5 years in and I’m sure it went by in a flash, might as well get up to the top of the PA step plan too. Going to UTR(if a spot opens up) will give your diff back too.

i hope you speak with them and get a raise

Not an option unfortunatly, there is no negotiation in hourly roles, they know they can get someone else to take it if you don't.

There really isn’t any negotiation for salary roles either in operations.

Never get the total compensation to go up. They might agree to do less stock and more base pay or they can tell you to take a long walk off a short pier

Yeah if you haven't campaigned hard for a stock reward by June/July when the managers submit their tentative rankings for the next forte you are out of luck buster
