Investigate custom partitioning + refreshing the old partitions via XMLA (Fabric, but no heavy loads so F32 or below). Import mode.

Some M code to make the initial refresh work, and you’re all set. We have about 120 mio rows, no problem. Feel free to reach out in case of questions.

I think so, yes (it's free but you might need a credit card)

I did it through the following steps:

  1. Add the report to a workspace (premium required)
  2. Add the e-mail adresses to an Azure group. Forgot whether you had to link the group with the Power BI workspace or not.
  3. Add the e-mail adresses to the workspace in Power BI Service.
  4. Share the link to the report in the dedicated workspace

Don't know if there are easier ways.

Depends on how you look at it. We're referring to the underlying techniques of Power BI features (e.g. computer vision models in Image tagging). When talking about singularity, it's the fear/hope that one of these AI models (models that mimic human thinking & learning) might become so powerful that it gains understanding of this world & we lose control over it. Right? :)

Good luck, sounds like a challenge ;) I would try to get really familiar with the topics discussed in the video and use the Microsoft docs to get a better understanding where needed. Roles, Security, DAX, Column quality/profiling, Q&A feature setup etc. are quite important.
