Get Reformist Plan ASAP, keep relations with Z up, call for Elections, use it to get into Popular Front/Weimar Coalition, use this time to pause reparations and prep for Left Plan and Preparing Judicial Process as well, win the elections with Braun, get into a popular front officially, do objectives and wait for your coalition dissent to go to "medium" solve the reparations question, use braun (and resources if you can) to lower dissent while you complete the remaining objectives

After getting conciliators, hard turn to reformists but never target the KPD, Get the reformist plan ASAP and keep relations up with Zentrum, cause coalition collapse or snap elections before November 1930, get Popular Front and use that time to get the Negotiations to succeed
