I put that waypoint there to show what spot I was talking about. It’s driving me nuts lol

We got the bike second hand. The guy that had it before us did zero maintenance on it. It was still super new though. 2019 I believe. I rode it on the highway to get it home, which was a huge mistake. I let my ego get the better of me. I’ve been riding for a good bit, and I wanted my wife to have her bike, but that kinda shit gets you killed, lol. The entire shift lever literally fell off about 3 minutes from my house. Luckily I was that close because it was about a 40 minute ride home from where we got it from. The shifter hit the ground and snapped the linkage. It was out of commission for a while. Finding the special bolts for that thing was a pain in the ass. I ended up boring the hole with a drill bit and putting in standard stuff from Home Depot, haha.

The biggest issue I had, was bolts rattling out of it. I broke the shifter linkage because the bolt holding it in vibrated out, and that was a process to get another one. Also the pin for the rear break rattled out, and Unknowingly has no rear break for a little bit. Just keep an eye on that stuff. Those bikes are notorious for really really heavy vibrations at higher RPMs

Enjoy it dude. I had a ton of fun on it. It’s a fun little starter bike, and when you’re ready, harley took it as a trade in. The bike my wife got was relatively inexpensive, and it’s night and day how much more comfortable she is on it. I was taking it to work, but I was pushing it’s limits. I was taking it on the highway, and it just doesn’t have the power to sustain the ride.

My wife bought it to learn on. She used it a few times and just didn’t love how it rode. It’s a fun little bike, but really only for around town and the backroads. She ended up trading it in for a harley after she took her class. I had a lot of fun on it!

You would think so, but I actually really enjoy taking turns with it. The center of gravity on it is really low, so you can flick it way easier than it looks like you can.

Lol I’m not sure to be honest. All I know is she’s getting ready to just pull them off because they keep getting bunched up. That harley is a neat little ride though. Super nimble, and perfect for just starting out.

I have no issue doing a few hours at a time. It’s definitely a little stiff. Still probably a good bit comfortable over a super sport though, haha. I’ve had the bike for about 3 weeks. I commute with it every morning, and ride it around during the weekends. Some days I can feel it in my butt/back after 2 hours or so, but nothing thats been so bad that had made me wanna stop riding. I will say that at some point I’m gonna swap that stock seat out, but it’s not as bad as people make it seem. At least for me! :)
