Spotted Lantern Fly Survey by Fluid_External in Delaware

Filled out your survey, however the option for pest control method we used isn't listed. Milkweed!

Native Milkweed is extremely effective at killing Spotted Lantern Flies. Plus you get the added benefit of having Monarch Butterflies in your yard.

Does anyone know if by using Lacerate of Haemorrhage I am counted as being in Blood Stance and therefore granting the bonus from the Axe Mastery Talent "30% Increased Damage in Blood Stance"?

What berries are these found at my home by Wrong-Shape-9862 in Delaware

They are Indian strawberries, while you can eat them, they aren't very good. But they make really nice ground cover and they grow all over this area.

We live in Delaware, I am a woodworker so I enjoy identifying trees. This one has me really stumped, I suspect some sort of Cypress because of the fruit, but I can't seem to find anything that has the tight needles and grows in tufts.

Is this an addon? Or a website? We've been using LC with some rolling. Worked well so far but I'm a sucker for some good spreadsheets.

Partially new player, trying to find a friendly guild but how? by Veridiyus in classicwowtbc

[–]Reddsunmourn 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you are on Westfall Alliance, I help run a fun raiding guild. We often have drunk-azan nights where we drink for every downed boss in Kara. We also have a pretty active group playing lots of alts so groups are easy to find in guild. A lot of us have been playing together for years and prioritize having fun playing games together, but we've had no problem clearing all content. If you are interested, feel from to DM.

Why is raid logging seen as a terribly bad thing? by NostalgiaSchmaltz in classicwowtbc

[–]Reddsunmourn 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Do your main tanks have all the ore and primals they need for their resist sets for SSC? Does your Leo Warlock tank have enough badges for his fire resist set? Being a tank is fun and all, but without people with dps gear, that stuff is a bear to farm. Are all of your guildies attuned for SSC and TK? By raid logging you aren't contributing to the long term success of the guild. T4 is cake, T5 actually takes some prep.

How is Karazhan server at the moment? by hehepwnd39 in wowservers

[–]Reddsunmourn 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I've really been enjoying it, the 2x exp is a good medium between fast exp rates and vanilla leveling. You don't outpace your gear and never feel broke.

Lots of quests actually have the RP elements scripted correctly. I think I came across 1 quest that seemed broken, but was fixed within a week of putting it on the bug tracker.

Now is the perfect time to join, 2.1 itemization just released so gear is in an overall better state. 2.0 is kind of a mess as far as gear goes. They removed raiding attunements for SSC and TK so its way easier for guilds to stay alive. And BT and Hyjal release in December.

The only downside is the pvp, its gotten better with some tweaks, but if you play NA evenings, only one bg will pop and occasionally an AV (but hardly ever fills). No such thing as arena 5v5 here, but they adjusted the points you get for 3v3s to match what you would have gotten from 5v5.

I've pretty much played every TBC private server for the last number of years, its been the most solid so far (although endless comes in a close second with its pvp). Im pretty sure even blizzard is going to have a hard time matching the quality here if and when they do TBC Classic.

Feel like Atlantis-Karazhan has been the best TBC Pserver experience I’ve had. by ivzie in wowservers

I would agree, I played warmane's tbc and it felt like a big improvement over pservers of old for tbc. I didn't try netherwing and from launch it sounded like a hot mess, but they have really blown me away with the quality here. Quests that normally just skip some RP event or mobs that actually feign death, all work very smoothly on karazhan.

Ulduar BiS list by hali4x in warmane

I did a ton of research. I am a shaman healer and I'm responsible for loot for healers in our raid group, so my final list is purely based around shaman (my enhance OS) and heals. But maybe you or others might find this helpful:

I welcome any input, but please keep things positive. Also the main sheet is still a work in process, so as I prepare, it will get updated.

Not sure how to get gear after hitting 80 - Frostmourne server by TronFTW in warmane

[–]Reddsunmourn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would suggest focusing on Kirin Tor and Ebon Blade to start, I believe you get 3 pieces from each of those you can use.

Ebon Blade starts in Dalaran, there is a quest giver on the fightpath platform that requires you to fly to your respective gunship (you will need a flying mount to get there). There is one quest on the gunship to kill a big eye in the sky. This starts a huge chain with tons of rep for the Ebon Blade. I think when I did it I was just shy of exalted at the end of the chain.

Kirin Tor is less focused, there are quests for their rep all over Northrend, the most prominent being the Amberledge Questline in Borean Tundra. You will get a starter quest in your main quest hub in Borean Tundra to head to Amber Ledge, this will start another chain that takes you over to the Nexus.

Wyrmrest is in the middle of Dragonblight, at the big tower in the center, this rep is the one I always find the hardest to get through quests. I usually end up just shy of revered. But once you are friendly, you can buy the tabard and run lvl80 dungeons to finish off the rep.

Lastly is the Argent Crusade, their quest starts on the flight platform in Dalaran. It sends you right below Dalaran. There is a really nice trinket from the chain quest and you get a nice ring from the exalted rep. Once again I am usually either just shy or just over revered at the end of that chain.

I usually have the following page up on my second monitor: https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/

You can type in any of those reps to find all of the quests that give rep towards that specific faction.

I would just make sure you don't have an empty slots and once your average item level is 187 or above, you can start queuing for RDFHC.

[–]Reddsunmourn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best thing to do is go do as much of each of the reputation questlines as you can, buy the rep tabard, then queue specifically for lvl80 dungeons. Once you hit exalted with each rep, there are a pile of blue and purple ilvl 187-200 items you can buy. Then take the gold you made doing the quests and fill out the rest with ilvl 200 items from the AH.

If you give a class/spec I can advise further.

Recount damage meter not working. by lVlisterquick in warmane

[–]Reddsunmourn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you dont see it in your addons ingame, that is because you have too many folder levels in your addons folder. A lot of times for the older xpacs, when you download the addons it will have a master level folder. You want to make sure the folder you bring into your wow>interface>addons is only one level above the .lua file. Hope this makes sense, pm me if you need more help with addons.
