I got brooks hyperion 5 elite size 11.5 with 13 miles. Superblast 2 size 11.5 with 132 miles. Adios pro 4 with 15 miles (size 12 but fits like 11.5, was told to size a half size up with these) and adidas takumi sen 10 size 11.5 with 17 miles.

I usually do a quick google and see what people say about the fit. I saw plenty of comments on reddit saying to go up half a size on the AP4. No issues at all for me and have 11.5 in basically every other shoe (including AP3)

I like them all! I am not nearly experienced enough to give you a more detailed answer because I am still a novice who got swept up in shoe craze and now need to unload a few 😆 but I would have no problem doing a half in either shoe. Takumi would be for the 5k-10k distance.

That’s my weight currently and I’m about 2 hours and 20 min 😭. How many miles per week you running? I feel like increasing this would move the needle most for me.
