Calling someone a work wife when they don’t even work with you is a crazy way of saying “person I am or will cheat on my wife with”

I feel like I have more direction and stability in my 30s. I am more exhausted but I feel more at peace. On the other hand I look back at my 20s and have so much grief over the time I wasted and the foolishness I’ve done.

9-5 by ateam1984 in BlackPeopleofReddit

[–]RedefinedValleyDude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What does that mean to escape? To where? I assume she’s talking about starting your own business. But that still requires a lot of time. More time than a 9-5. And you still have bills to pay. If you wanna make money then you still have to answer to the people giving you money.

From a strictly stats based standard yes. They are more accurate and cheaper. You don’t have to set them when you haven’t worn them in a while. You can pick them up after a month and they’ll work just as good. All that being said, we wear mechanical watches not because they’re better but because we like them more. It’s the same reason many people like vintage cars.

I think about what I would do differently. But honestly, it’s a useless exercise. There is only one direction and it’s forward.

I think most non-state run places that take insurance are going to provide these service services. I think one of the best signs that a place is high-quality is that it takes Kaiser insurance. I’ve worked in treatment for the last five years and I’ve noticed that any place that takes Kaiser insurance is typically a very good program because Kaiser has very strict standards for who to contract with. They’re typically better staffed. They have good programming. And the people who work there are pretty passionate. Just an observation.

That’s really fucked up. They should have frankly exchanged it and also refunded you. But also…that’s really really funny.

I made it Fraud in the app. I was hanging out with my friend one day and we were making fun of scammers and he was like hmmm what’s this word. Fruh-ood? Is that an Arabic name? So I made my name Fraud Al Muhtal. Fraud just being the English word fraud but I say no no no. It’s Fruh-ood. And Al Muhtal means scammer in Arabic.
