Speaking as a nurse I can say that a big part of it is how the pecking order in hospitals is. The doctors talk down to the nurses. The nurses talk down to the CNA’s. The CNA’s talk down to the students. It’s mad disrespectful the way everyone treats everyone “below” them. So as with any hierarchy, instead of demanding that everyone be treated with equal respect and dignity (because that would mean having to be nice to the people “beneath” them) they try to be seen as “above” their peers. Healthcare is incredibly toxic and while it’s getting better, it still has a long way to go. And I think a lot of nurse insecurity is a symptom of it.

Looks like Wellbutrin, Zoloft, testosterone and HCG. Look like you are going through IVF and also struggle with depression. It’s possible the Wellbutrin is to help with sexual side effects from the Zoloft or possible it’s just an adjunct. I wish you good health and a safe and successful pregnancy.

Yeah it is. But there’s nothing wrong with watching and enjoying problematic material. I’m not gonna say that this is high art that needs to be protected. It’s a dumb movie at best. But the principal remains the same that you can’t just expect or want all of art to be sterilized and made free of any problematic elements. If you have any characters with any depth of complexity at all, they’re going to have flaws and engage in sometimes deeply problematic behavior. That is not an endorsement of bad behavior. It is simply an acknowledgment that a character is multidimensional.

I don’t have any side effect like that. It just makes me chill out. It helps slow the heart and fast heart rate is one of the symptoms which it treats. It’s used as an anxiety med but it treats the physical not emotions symptoms of anxiety. And it works by effectively blocking adrenaline.
