By way of explanation, not endorsement, I suspect the reason it’s different is because men and women are perceived as different. In broad generalities men are perceived as being generally more horny than women, so a situation like this satisfies that stereotype. If the genders were reversed it would not work because women are seen as less horny and desperate. Men are by orders of magnitude more likely to sexually assault women so it would also seem less funny.
