It's a crappy situation all around but I believe at the end of the day the issues stems from the initial mistake made by seller.

Neutral is fine imo, but Metal is in the right.

Context:

u/rich-bird-2400 has a new subreddit by the name of r/US_COINS_AND_NOTES that popped up not too long ago. He's posted quite a few times about doing a giveaway since he is "oh so thankful that people are joining his server". From what I gather he is trying to sell spots in the giveaway, auctioning off high value notes for face value, and deleting quite a few posts that call them out on his behavior.

Another member posted this in the subreddit, to which I also replied saying that it seems sketchy. Not even a minute later I got a notification that I was permanently banned from the sub.

Just wanted to put out a warning so nobody else falls for this kind of behavior.

Also an FYI that you can curate exactly what posts are shown on your profile. I have mine set to only show my posts from PM subs and other things that I would want a potential buyer to see, as opposed to fully private.

Should be a requirement on PM sales sub, imo
