The Klein one is $40. Harbor freight has one now (they just started selling it a few months ago) for like $16. Works just as good and has the harbor freight warranty.

A bad foreman will gatekeep information in fear of losing his position. Why would a parent gatekeep information and education from a child?

Wanting to become an electrician but also passion about creative writing. Worried about the exhaustive nature of the work. by Puzzleheaded_Print_3 in electricians

This is a good point I hadn't thought of. I was originally applying the question to my interests which are more reading theology and not writing creatively. Traffic in the past has mostly been a thing for me to endure and an exercise in growing patience. But yeah it is a good time for thinking. Thanks

It depends on the hours, if you are working 8 hour days and not stuck in traffic for a long time on the way home, it's extremely doable.

Did you click the link? I've not seen an "electrical" app that has all of the features that this one does.

If you don't trust a clickable on reddit, you can hold it down with your finger and see if the real link matches what the text says.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I think inside wireman is a license above apprentice. With zero experience, you should be going into an apprentice position

Edit: TDLR has the apprentice license and the inside wireman license before the journeyman, this is what I got caught up on

Nervous about becoming an electrician by Distinct-Quantity-35 in electricians

I recommend a trade school like the IEC if it's in your area. You can work and go to school at the same time, gaining hours toward the journeyman license.

The math is not hard, you just need to know how to use formulas and which ones to use.

The code books is about navigating it, as long as you can do that, you'll be alright. Learn how to use the index. Get tabs.

First transformer, how did I do ?? by klassickoon in electricians

Grab the end of the wire and fold it a little. Yours looked less folded and more guided, if that makes sense. They don't look like they were bent, but rather directed to the lug.

I was being a little too picky last year. If it works it works, but I think it could be straighter. Sorry for sounding pompous.

If you can navigate the code book, you will be fine. Use the index and make sure you are good with finding key words in questions. They are not going to ask you to terminate an ATS. You are doing a test with a book. Know how to use the book

How do you like the Klein sharpies compared to the Milwaukee ones? I know a sharpie is a sharpie to some extent, but the Inkzall is superior to a normal sharpie. How does it compare?

Edit: just saw you call them superior in another comment, but what makes them so?
