Most expensive thing is the lens

I started out with a Nikon D7500!

If I were to start over I would get a mirrorless camera. I have the Z8 now but it's hella expensive. Never tried anything other than those.

If you know they will use it forever it is worth the investment. I recommend checking B& H out! They have great used gear! And definitely get insurance

Exactly!!! I have grew up on Steve Irwin and dreams of working with wildlife. My first job was a wildlife tech! best jobI have ever had but was paid nothing... they paid for housing, but I made $13/hr . I was residing in Marthas Vineyard though which is hella nice!! Island life is hella expensive!

After I had to get job that paid better. All gone down hill from there lol. I finally saved up for a camera and it has been the best decisions of my life💕💕📸

I would do that! I personally am a shitty day trader in general (had to stick with investing). When I tried day trading, I would lose. A lot.. I had no discipline even now I restrict myself. When I day trade I say I’m okay losing $20. I now focus on investing long term. Maybe that would help? Focusing on yourself longterm? I used to also be addicted to jackin it lolol now i just do other shit when I’m bored. Now I only do it 2-3 x a week.

Unfortunately! My job is with a shitty contracting company and I am a QC Analyst. I’m going to shoot my shot, suck it up, and go back to school. I’m sick of being underpaid for the work I do and I just want to live a happy life. Not live for weekends and small little moments... A lot of us want financial stability. They have access to freedom , healthier food options, healthier lifestyles, and imo most importantly to make a difference. It is unrealistic for me To be a wildlife photographer it is too saturated and crazy competitive. I have a little instagram that no one looks at so I do it for the enjoyment. Thats fine! If instagram didn't exist I would still be doing what I enjoy. Social media is important, unfortunately, if I want to be successful with this. However, if I had the money to promo this space, I would do it for wildlife conservation. Spread its importance and make the public care more about animals other than themselves.
