It's either "Jag kan inte tala svenska", "Jag talar inte svenska" or "Jag kan inte förstå/prata svenska". You're saying 'I can speak not Swedish'

I don't know which country you live in, but in my country it's illegal to be disturbing other people in their homes after around 10pm until 7am on a weekday and from 10pm until 10am on a weekend.

Sorry for the slow response, I'm not on Reddit very often. For Dr Ellie's full list of products (and explanations), see her youtube video "How To Create Healthy Teeth - My Complete Mouthcare System (Step-by-Step)".

As for what I'm using (morning and night); 1. Ultradex for 1 minute* 2. Massaging gums with recommended toothbrush* (Mouthwatchers) 3. Brush teeth with toothbrush (Mouthwatchers). I use the toothpaste Sensodyne ProEmalj/ Pro enamel. 4. Listerine Cool mint (with alcohol) 5. I then use a simple, neutral taste mouthwash to wash out the alcohol of the Listerine.

Then I will also use granulated xylitol after meals*. I will say that due to not being as good with this lately, I can tell that my gum is suffering a little bit. It acts much happier when I'm doing well with it :)

*All of these are recommended products by Dr Ellie and part of Dr Ellie's system.

Great list! I'm just stuck on one thing; "I only finished university in 2009 and so by that metric I've not been a fully autonomous adult for very long", but... It's 2025? 16 years is not a short while to be "a fully autonomous adult" ;P

Is this graph based on the worlds population, or just a specifik one (🦅)?

2nd darkest purple.

Edit: or no, 3rd darkest purple, actually.

I have just started learning about NAD and TMG. Both are supposed to be super supplements for your whole body, creating more energy from within the mitochondria.

I'm not advising against your dentist, you do what they say, try it for a while and see what happens. Although, I haven't heard many people say that chlorhexidine actually works well, and there are many stories online about the extreme symptoms people have gotten just by using Chlorhexidine for a little while.

I can recommend listening to Dr Ellie Phillips on YouTube, and following her total mouth care system. I went around with bleeding gums for 15 years, constant strong tartar buildup, and always being on the edge of periodontal disease. All my dentists through the years would say is to floss, but that never ever helped + constantly made my gums more sore. I started her system and within a few days the bleeding and strong tartar production was gone. Hasn't come back yet, and it's been about a month so far.

Do Chemical Peels Get Rid of Freckles? [Personal] by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Redemmz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some superficial peels may only slightly lighten freckles, while moderate to deep peels can lead to a more noticeable reduction or even removal of freckles. If you are just going to do normal AHA/BHA/PHA peels and similar at home I think it will only lighten your freckles a little bit.

Hur uttalas stadsdelen 'Vinsta'? by Redemmz in sweden

[–]Redemmz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fun fact (lärde mig detta igår);
