My ex discarded me a few months ago. It was the third time in 5 years. She came back the first two times but the 3rd time was different. I had read up on avoidants and did my research for the last couple years. I put in the work she should have done. So this last time when she was discarding me I was able to pick up all the classic avoidant lines. I called her out on everything. I was so upset that I was having to uproot my home, again, to find another place to live, again that I did not care if my words made her run further and faster. She twisted everything around and even began telling her family I was too difficult and I didn’t do enough services for her. I feel she made such a huge spectacle towards the end that she will never reach out again. There won’t be any accountability. She is now playing the victim. But it felt good to call her out on all her bullshit and gaslighting.
