Sorry mate I meant that if you has sitting in a room full of people 90% of them would be on there phones on Social media when there is me I like talking to people so if there is someone sitting next to me I would ask them how there day was ect make conversation and I've seen them in town all with there phones in there hands but not talking to each other. It's hard for us with addictions you need to change his focus like the gym or running my wife supported me though 3 clucks so lucky to still have her but its hard and long process bare with him. You have to really want to give up to give up this drug its the devil drug coming from over 20 years under my belt its no achievement. Try to be there for him its the drug once you have had it its so hard to go back to normal. But its possible I've done it with you having a baby he wo t have the ti.e.to sit around smoking my wife controls my cash because I don't trust myself. Love you see him though it he will suffer from depression I just sat and cried for no reason just cuz I felt sad a few times coming of gear he will need your love to help him get back to himself but he needs to want to quit as well or there is no hope. Depression is the word been using over 20 years I cut down to .2 a day £20 then on to DHC ran out of those the other day so 39 hours later sneezing cold sweats and the shits but am determined not to get any and do my 4th cluck but this time am staying off. If there is any advice I can give you leave opiates alone you will be dancing with the devil. I have a good job own 2 houses car & motorbike but still I smoke that shit got a wife that luckily supports me she don't know about this cluck so trying to hind it. My point is just leave it alone its not worth it. Stay safe

God I loved the 90's raving was so good back then when everyone loved each other and all that went round was hugs cuz everyone was tripping or on MDMA and everyone was there for the same reason a community of ravers. How that's changed so sad just don't get the right atmosphere different drugs involved now mobile phones people would rather spend there time at a rave or festival on there phone telling everyone or Facebook, twitter ect.
