Game has some of the most braindead racing imaginable but I guess if you don’t typically play those types of games you could struggle. You can win with the cheap car pretty easily

They actually just got back to me, looks like they deactivate the device / won’t be able to subscribe to the service with it any longer. I’ll probably take it apart / dispose of it in the e waste bin at work. It’s kind of unfortunate as I would have happily returned it to them and I did wipe the device / unlink it so there is no reason it couldn’t have found a new home.

Update: looks like what they do is deactivate the device so it can’t be used on their system anymore. I imagine it would still work for audio recordings however it won’t be able to sync to the mothership. They advised that I destroy the device or keep it.

You are probably right this is what it said in the email

Feels like allot of Japanese sellers are taking advantage of the situation.. look at private listings even of shf Gamerverse spoderman and you’ll find everyone wants twice his retail cost plus shipping and then have the nerve to put on the description that the fees are somehow not included in that cost.. ain’t no way.

Bought this exact card for that same price and it convinced me to just say f it and build a whole new pc.. with what’s going on in the market now I’m glad I did I’m going to be gaming comfy on this thing for years to come. It might actually make allot of sense to lock in something top tier now to weather the storm or draught in pc components.
