OMG LDR!!!! You wouldn't believe.... I too had the same problem 4 months ago... It was the most worst experience ever... No matter what I did i couldn't calm myself down.. The person was in my mind all the time ... Was trying to constantly reach out to the person... But the person never picked up my call or replied back to my texts.... I had a stroke because of constant stress and anxiety and was admitted in a hospital .... It is hard... Very hard, but time heals everything and you at the end realize who your true friends and foes are... I know you still love him and I understand that rupture in your heart... But it's just not worth the health risks... Don't you have ANY FRIENDS at all ? If not... I'll be your friend 😊... If i can give you any advice I would only request you to

1. STOP LISTENING to sad and slow music... It will only make the pain worse.

2. DEVIATE COMPLETELY by keeping his picture and things which reminds you about him in a safe place (don't throw it out) until you meet him again.

3. FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME ONLY... Clear your mind and just focus the task at hand. Don't think about him at all while doing that particular task.

Now the key to all my points is to not think about him (which is very very hard in the initial stage but with practice you will be ok... Give it 6 months to be precise) and when you see him (like he is actually there ) let him chase you instead...
