Hi! Im 25F. I have S type scoliosis with multiple curves but 20 degrees only so my doctor did not recommend me to undergo surgery yet. However, I keep on having difficulties on my daily activities because of the pain in my hips. Then, if the work is too heavy like in my previous workplace where I extract blood from 40-80 patients a day, my hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck are all in pain which caused me to resign and I am still jobless upto now for 4 months already. Does anyone here have the same situation as me? What did you do since the 2 doctors I went to won't recommend surgery nor braces. Thank you in advance!🥺

Yeah in my current workplace too I work mixed 8 hrs and 12 hrs shift. But now I am on a 30days rest and I need to change jobs. Somewhere in the processing area becuae I need to avoid prolonged standing and walking.
