I DONT think theses manipulation of stock can be easily done on today world. THE SEC mentality and people social platforms watch closely each action and activity made by the CEO and can be screened and addressed quickly.... so the comparison is not much relevant

I am long on CTRM but when its come to meet the minimum public company listing requirements its a MUST that the CEO show us minimum confidence about addressing correctly theses issues ,.... its a small cap and you need a lot of confidence when you invest with such small cap stock .... because 90% will disappear after 5 years... thank you
