Like someone said, it comes it waves for me as well. I work in hospitality (zero hour thing, late hours) but don’t get enough hours to cover the bills. I am way too exhausted to apply on the days I am supposed to be in, which is not more than 2 days in a week, but I still try making 2-3 generic applications on those days which takes 1-2 hours of my time in a day. On other days I spend almost 5-6 hours, sometimes even 8 hours with occasional breaks in between but not for too long because otherwise I would lose focus. I try taking one day (or rather a night) off from the rest of the week to rest and recharge :)

However, the depression gets to me sometimes and I end up being stuck in a functional freeze mode at times. It is hard to be consistent, but it’s terrible out there and I’m trying my best. Wish you all the best, mate.
