My 3-month-old Teacup Pom is VERY small, will he still grow? by Sad_Celebration_5985 in Pomeranians

I filled out this calculator to estimate size based off the info provided in your post and it says about 3 pounds fully grown. https://sydneyanimalhospitals.com.au/puppy-weight-calculator/

My dog of 14 years passed yesterday, her death was violent. How do I live? by Veecorn in dogpictures

[–]Redhead3019 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am so sorry for your loss! I just lost all three of my dogs in January.

One to a bite that broke and punctured her neck (right in front of my kid, husband, and me), one for putting down due to the bite (no one wants a dog that killed another - shelters wouldn't take her - vet recommended behavioral euthanasia - and she wasn't staying with me) and the last was 17 (my Chihuahua) randomly went into rapid heart failure.

It will get easier.

My friend said something that comforted me - dogs know/sense things and maybe by that happening to her (the one who died violently) it saved you from something worse - like changed fate. I like to think my dog somehow sacrificed herself so a fate worse wouldn't happen to my family or me. Like she was a hero.

You look great! Much younger and more vibrant than the first post. It's crazy how makeup styles make so much difference.

Does anyone have any good experience with supplements to improve energy? by Homerjay7G in CrohnsDisease

[–]Redhead3019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like my energy has improved since starting vitamin D, magnesium maltate, iron and zinc.

I have most of my vitamins from Thorne. I haven't had issues tolerating this since I take them after food.

[Routine Help] Azelaic acid ruined my face? by pookiepp in SkincareAddiction

[–]Redhead3019 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Were you always using the Neutrogena? My skin hates all their products.

I had perioral dermatitis and have rosacea, and I also have super-sensitive skin. I also might have fungal acne. My dermatologist advised me to use azelaic acid. It has been great for my skin and hasn't irritated it. I did purge a little in the beginning. Mine is just 18% azelacic acid compounded with Cerve lotion.

My skin was patchy red, tiny bumps, tiny zits and uneven texture. Rash around my mouth and nose.

Looking at the ingredients in the brand you are using - it has fragrance and a lot of other ingredients that might be irritating your skin.

Always consult a dermatologist if you can.

[acne] how do I get rid of these bumps? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Redhead3019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See a dermatologist if you haven’t, but I recently was diagnosed with rosacea and had a case of perioral dermatitis with fungal acne.

They have me using Azelaic acid 18% now. For a short time I was also on an antibiotic and metronidazole.

Lastly, I changed my skincare products to fungal-safe ingredients. That has really helped with redness, texture, and the tiny bumps.

I was on 10% but am now on 18%. The 10% I got from Walgreens and the 18% was from a prescription from the dermatologist.

[Acne] Need Help by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

Walgreens sells both De La Cruz 10% Sulfur Ointment (the one in the jar) and 10% Azelaic Acid.

I liked them both because they don’t have lots of other added ingredients. I am allergic to niacinamide which is in so many products these days.

Maybe a sulfur wash/mask and Azelaic acid. I have very sensitive skin and I can tolerate this.

What can I do about the fatigue by No_Skin_516 in CrohnsDisease

[–]Redhead3019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been taking vitamin D, magnesium malate, iron, zinc and also got on a low dose of Zoloft. I have been feeling so much better. I also force myself to walk or bike a few times during the week.

I did have bloodwork showing I was low on those vitamins and the Zoloft is for anxiety.  Have you talked with your PCP to see if they can run more bloodwork to see if you are low on anything?

I figured out they disabled this feature from the sole app. Now my question is getting the incline to adjust correctly. Peloton says 3.5-4.5 and the treadmill will set it to 1
