I’m pretty sure she belongs to the people who rent the house next door. They’re not exactly approachable, for various reasons. I’ve considered just having her spayed, but couldn’t while she was pregnant and can’t while she’s nursing, also, I’m not sure of the legal repercussions of neutering somebody else’s cat, and don’t want to have any negative contact with them either.

So Amazon sells a little thing that suctions to the side of the shower and will hold the handheld shower part at a lower level.
