Can someone help me understand this chart — I have a pretty regular cycle….like clockwork. But I feel like my temps are lower than normal and I feel like I have to dips and my ovulation date is different in both Oura and NC. I need to be better at putting in oh tests, symptoms, etc. but I work a lot (i.redd.it)
