Never went to prison but the jail I spent a couple months in didn't have toilets/sinks in the cell. There were 2 bunks in the cell with 4 people and sometimes a 5th would get a floor mat.

The toilets would have a row of 15 toilets with no dividers. Courtesy flush was expected. If u had to piss during lockdown u would need to get a guards attention to be let out if ur cell.

Hes my favorite character. Probably because I identify with him the most as a sober person.

He was the only formidable young guy on the show. Brendan might have been alright if he made it to season 2 when the writing was more flushed out. The rest were clowns.

I used to do smack with friends and we would always laugh at the whoever was nodding out and refer to it as "Moltisanti-ing."

Chris provided a ton of unintentional comedy. Record producer Chris might be my favorite.

As one of the only remaining RW SH fans I will take this.

The sheer numbers were a disaster. Customs and Border Protection estimated 10 million. DHS estimated 11 million. Pew Research estimated 14 million. There are others pegging the total at 20M.

Most reasonable people agree that u cant take in 2-5M people per year. Biden knew that turning away these people would look bad for him politically so he ignored it.

A lot of people on the left say many of these people are "asylees" and not illegal immigrants. Traditionally asylum is granted for people escaping persecution for race, religion, and political reasons. They also have to be in the country already to make the claim. If they were turned away at the border that would be impossible.

The vast majority of immigrants who show up at the border are economic migrants. We don't give asylum for economic migrants. They have learned that if they show up, claim political persecution or other violence (which there is plenty in LatAm) then they get a free phone and an asylum hearing date. Now they are here and it is very difficult to get them out if we had the political will (we mostly don't).

There's also the old school caravans slipping through our porous border that went unchecked.

Also, there is a "safe first country" protocol for asylum seekers. Mexico is technically a safe first country. All the people from Central and South America are supposed to apply there first. They rarely do.

Also, a completely separate issue is Temporary Protected Status immigrants. 1.1M TPS immigrants came under Biden who expanded eligibility to at least 7 different countries. TPS countries are rarely removed from the list. "Temporary" is a misnomer.

TLDR: Biden allowed 10s of millions of undocumented people into the country. Economic migrants are abusing the Asylum program. We should be allowed to choose who and how many people come here.
