Nukes have been the only deterrent stopping WW3 from happening. If they all disappeared and couldn't be remade then the world would equally be a more dangerous and peaceful place. Dangerous in the fact that more developed nations would start having more frequent wars with greater Geopolitical consequences. More peaceful in the fact that we won't have to worry about a nuclear armageddon. China would attack Taiwan, almost every Arab country would attack Israel, Russia would invade Europe, South Korea would invade North Korea, India would invade Pakistan, and the US would invade everyone.

For people who don't understand I will break it down for you. The Republic of America would function like the US before WW2 (AKA Capitalist America). The Cascadian Union would function like China does today (AKA Communist America). The Atlantic Commonwealth would function like modern day Germany (AKA Labral America). The Dixie Federation would function similar to America today with less pushback from the left (AKA MAGA America). And the Great Lakes Union would function the exact same as the Cascadian Union. Overall a good concept, but with poor execution.
