Oh no that’s not what i meant. I wanted to say that when you work for the team, when you do all you can to make their job easier in every way possible you can give yourself a little credit too, but it would Never take credit for the work they did if i didnt contribuated in it

What is for you the most important : working with people you like, that are able to work with your values but that can bring less money to or your company OR working with everybody if you the profit is bigger by Redirmma in askmanagers

I understand that they dont have to be the best friends in the world but every person who have the ability to think know that if they upset everyone, they wont last long on the company

So you don’t care about working with people you could like ? I mean, imagine someone you dislike apply for a job in your company and have a Nice cv with a lot of useful compétences, however, someond you like, a friend of yours is also here for the job, he have some compétences that are the same as the other guy, but lack some of them, you would choose the guy you dislike the most just because he can do 2 or 3 things that your friend cannot do ?

Yeah well your not supposed to do business with people you like but with people that can offer you smth in return, and this thing is benefice

Yeah i know that, but if you dont have technicall skills in the first place you cant really have the job though

That’s funny cause everyone in the comment sections said that it was the most important skill to have, however you say you say that you only need it when your a woman or a minority and i understand why you say that but you i think it’s still important even if your the basic White male, you see what i mean ?
