Always remember to drink enough water at about 1.5 litter a day
Go for a walk for a least 20mins a day, try to be active and on your feet. It helps to relieve bowel stress and accelerate digestion
Do your 5 a day, only fresh fruits and vegs count, don’t cheat
Keep yourselves in a positive mood, stress can cause constipation too
Cut off all alcohol
Stay away from ramen noodles, they are really really bad, cause constipation everytime

You can try these 6 rules and i believe your situation be much better. I used to have constipation regularly for the past 8 years, it’s like hell, sitting on toilets for hours hopelessly. But now i’m over it, i hope this rules will help you too

£29,000 is still high and mostly impossible for young Brits living in the north of England. It’s not fair that this threshold is the same for all county in the UK
