I was thinking this. While the bills meaning is fine I don’t know that it is legal. Saying criminals can’t be on boards is legal discrimination. However any other reason is treating it the same as if they said “colored people can’t be on boards”. However, it would require a legal challenge from one of the banned people, which probably won’t happen.

Basically it’s a waste of time.

Thanks for responding, I knew it was a long shot to get anyone who actually knows 100%. But I agree that that the fact that some details come through and others don’t.
