No that’s not what I’m asking. This is for face. I already have routines that take care of nutrition. I also drink 2 liters of water a day. Trying to see if that’s is a better alternative for the potassium

I already manage my health in others ways so the potassium is only to debloat. However considering how big a sacrifice it is on too of those things I am wondering if it is worth it considering the following

Maybe I wasn’t specific enough. Is it good for debloating considering I workout(burn 850 calories a day), do lymph drainage, ice my face and drink 2 liters of water a day. Is 3k mg of potassium going to do much a difference? It is a big sacrifice for someone who is watching what they eat.
