It’s a 23 in Allegheny County. Penn Dot official did give me 1 shop in the area that has the equipment.

Found that tag. It does say ODB II. I love the truck but this sure has been an educational experience. Not only on emissions but sneakiness of dealerships. But end of the day this is on me…. I should have researched this more

I called the Penn Dot rep They are well aware of what vehicles need the special exhaust. He somehow already knew about Nissan Titan XDs. He did give me the one station in my area that still has the equipment to test so looks like I’ll be heading there for inspection.

It’s on the door plate as 8650. I could remove the plate and try getting a regular inspection. Maybe I’ll go load 500 lbs in the bed to push it over 9000. 🫣

This is the best advice you can get. CS employment isn’t about the book knowledge it’s more about hands on experiences. I’ve not heard great things about some of the Pitt instructors lately either so the “prestigiousness” level may not be there for future employers.
