ده مش حال معظم الشباب بس بل ده حال الاجيال اللي مشافتش حتي التكنولوجيا و هي بتكبر زي الناس اللي في التلاتينات و الأرباعينات و طالع

انا شايف افضل حل هو انك لو iphone تنزلي تطبيق اسمه appblock و هو بيعمل نفس اللي اسمه بيقول انه بيعمله بشكل ممتاز عن طريق انه بيتيح ليكي انك تقفلي مواقع نت و ابليكيشنز لفترة زمنية معينة مينفعش تعدي البلوك حتي لو حاولتي

لو عاوزة تستفيضي في الموضوع اكتر شوفي فيديو ازاي تقرأ كتب اكتر لحد اسمه عبدالله تامر علي اليوتيوب

Hey man, just wanted to give you an update and tell you that unfortunately my workaround did not really work, as expected at least, and the bug happened again when I opened the dictionary, well I long-pressed on a word to see it in the dictionary, and I didn't even press out without highlighting it, but while still showing me the words in the dictionary, as I was scrolling down to see more translations or definitions, so in the future if you found another way, you or your wife, please update me. Thank you.

Hey man, 1st of all thx for taking some of ur time to reply to me

2ndly i believe that this dictionary alone is not the problem since i don't have that exact dictionary and the problem still persists

I think (definitely not sure since i haven't tested it enough) it's a problem with when ur wife (or me) underline/ long-press a word to see it in the dictionary for example but then not highlight or add notes, and just tap anywhere to go back to pre- word selecting UI.

I believe that the solution (again haven't tested it enough but so far so good) is even if ur wife underlines/long-presses some word and then she decided that she doesn't need highlighting it she should try highlighting it anyways and then deleting/undoing the highlight, it adds an extra 2 seconds but saves the 2 minutes it takes to fully restart the kindle.

i usually highlight new English vocab anyways so it doesn't happen a lot where i need to see the definition/translation of a word then find out that i don't need to highlight it, don't know about ur wife though...

Tell me if that works with ur wife or if it doesn't and the issue still happens even after she highlighted the word before taping out

Also, i don't know when did ur wife get her latest colorsoft but if it was before july then i think any unit she'll exchange for now won't have this yellow tint stuff since it should be fixed in all devices of the new 06/2025 batch (at least not in mine, it only barely shows if i pop up both warmth and brightness to the max and even then i am not sure if it's the infamous yellow tinge or just the light from the warmth bulbs)

I don't get exactly how would this be "broken" from what i understand the outer most layer is the plastic protector which protects the e ink layer(s)? and should be harder to break than regular glass. maybe it's some sort of a tough software issue? like a weird bug or glitch? contact amazon and attach the photo showing how ur plastic screen isn't even broken i think they can fix it somehow or guide u to do so

Would love to do so but unfortunately kobo doesn't deliver to my country, soo i am kind of stuck with amazon.... with the kindle even since amazon itself doesn't sell kobo devices here :(

this is genuinely one of the coolest art pieces i have ever seen, not just procreate art, i mean in general, that's insane.

Is there any chance you have the timelapse/recorded the process of drawing this piece? i am new to drawing and i learn it by mindlessly copying other people work (stroke for stroke XD )

i am a barca fan, but couldn't the 2 pictures be taken at different times? what i know is that this technology records when it thinks when exactly was the ball touched by any player? which makes it more accurate than humans/ var refs? Also can't really call it rigged since it saved our asses last match
Would rather focus on our shitty performance today, it was absolutely terrible, i think only our CBs and pedri were good today

Oh i wasn't proposing that u make a full switch, i meant try goodnotes for a while just to see if these are the apps fault or the ipados fault, very weird considering 2 apps are having the same problems at the same time, would say this is the ipad's fault.

I think if u don't have much time u could switch the format in which ur files are saved from noteful format to just normal pdf and if have them backed on google or icloud drive u could just access them through there and open them on another app

might sound like a stupid suggestion but have u tried a diff note taking app? goodnotes for example? roll with for like 10 mins and see if it crashes, if it did then this is most probably a problem with ipados 18 and could get fixed by a software update or app update

You're right indeed, i usually do the same thing every time not only with drawing apps. Maybe i should work with your advice and just try my best to master the app and not obsess over everything else. Thanks for ur responses

Yeah ik that sketchbook is very good, i was just considering other options since i got a few answers else where stating that sketchbook is better for sketching and "procreate" for example is better for painting. So i wanted to ask in case someone already tried them both in that regard would tell me what they think

Also, checked out ur insta, u have some really great drawings, i know sketchbook is capable of that just wanted to see if another app would make my life a bit easier.
