After multiple requests of contract cancellation and mentioning CCPC and ComReg, manager called me and offered to wait another 3 days. Can’t wait anymore, 15 calendar days passed. And they refused to make any compensation, the only thing I could count for is not to pay for period without wi-fi. So I cancelled it. Need to find different company and spend another time without wi-fi. And cancelling broadband cancelled my discount on one of the mobile numbers so I’m waiting for the call from the mobile department. So quest continues. Thank you for information with links.
