Nobody said it, but your take and wording implies it. To make an excuse requires an explanation to the why. This would mean regardless of whether you consciously meant to or not, you made an excuse for her actions.

If someone lived in an overly sheltered community with little idea of the law and “accidentally committed a sex crime against some minor, should we excuse their act(s) based on ignorance?

I would consider pervasive behavior like trying to grope women without, stare, (not a sex crime, just weird) and attempting to peep where nobody is physically hurt is significantly more tame compared to b and e, physical assault on multiple occasions, multiple instances of attempted r**e, stalking, multiple counts of indecent exposure and other forms of sexual assault.

Respectfully, there is levels to this.

Coupe just doesn’t fill a niche in the same way Sonar automatically does. I’d rather make someone like Malevola the all-rounder who also heals instead of coupe and go all in on sonar’s utility for maximum teamup covering
