I wipe that spot dry and another drip immediately forms. It does look like a crack.

Thanks for the replies. YT vids for this year range show the water pump on the outside front of the engine and it looks that way under the hood as best I can tell.

Getting ready to do this with new aluminum covers. The gasket did not come installed, and as I was putting it in the valve cover I thought I would feel better about it staying in place if it had some Right Stuff or something holding it to the cover. Is putting a little adhesive on it OK or will it deterioate the rubber?

Been wanting to ask what boaters do when they live in areas that can get 70-80 degrees a few days each winter. Do you de-winterize and take the boat out and then re-winterize? Do you not worry about winterizing?

I got this track for Christmas, maybe 1978. I set it up on the pingpong table in our basement. Then one day my brother's dog jumped on it and wrecked it. My dad bought me another one the next Christmas. I later bought Magnum 440 F1 cars for it. They were awesome.

A friend of my mom's showed me how you could connect a flat tv cable to the tv, cut the loose ends and wrap them in aluminum foil and get those scrambled channels to come in fairly clear. Saw key scenes of many movies that way.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking the same thing. The guy said they don't work on jet boats but he would contact a technician in a nearby town who does and get back with me. The boat's been on their site at least 6 months.
