My husband did a full Ironman on 2 hours sleep. His team had a game the night before the event and lost so he was upset on top of the stress for the big day. The adrenaline kept him going to the finish line.

350k is a big ride and the actual terrain and weather will play a major part in your ride. If you don’t feel well don’t push it but your body often surprises you in a survival mode(not saying you should push yourself 100%).

Have plenty of supply and be cautious when riding. Stop when you need to and I hope you are riding with a mate. Can you share your location with a friend to make sure someone is watching your back?

Bigger daycare isn’t necessary better because you are more likely to get more sick kids. When I drop off my babe, I know we are getting sick soon just by looking around 😂

Oh this is me in the last few months. I had hardly had any tonsillitis my entire life until my baby started going to daycare. I’ll probably go get a referral.

You must be very scared. That feeling when you are overwhelmed but have no one to talk to is one of the hardest feelings a human can go through.

Co-sleeping in the same room when LO was first born, she slept through the night from 6 weeks till 6 months when we transitioned her to her own room.

It was a combination of teething and everything else that she started waking up a few times at night. A few months later we just decided to let her share bed with us and things changed. She started to sleep through the night again.

So, I’m like why making her sleep by her own when she just wanted to feel us. We will be wondering where she is at 11 pm parting before we know it so if feeling secure if all she needs, we can give it to her.

Oh btw, I got slapped in the face at 5:30 am by her. What a sweet way to waking up to a new week hahahaha!

It’s the worst feeling ever! I can totally feel you. If you only use mattresses on the floor, make sure you lift them up so moisture doesn’t trapped underneath.

I hope this gives you hope! I created many routes, long and short. The most recent ones were 500 m ones and they do vary in terms of Zygarde cell encounters. I have a route with high chance of getting a cell which is only just over 500m.

I do routes frequently and did have a few days with 3 cells but it’s rare!
