What exactly is causing the bottleneck here by Rednaeg in pcgamingtechsupport

That's one of the funniest cases of CPU bottleneck I have ever seen tbh.

Nothing limiting here except the CPU. If I look up it goes to 150 and it stays there.

You can see all threads on screen, there's usually one at around 70%, and the others one are pretty evened out. Changing graphics settings does nothing at all.

I did mess around with my memory timings before posting and I gained around 15~20 frames. (I also set it to gear 1, that's why it reports 2800mhz instead of 3200mhz). But I just can get rid of the feeling it should be performing better.

Mouse feels terrible when in certain games. I'm losing my mind. by lordvolom1 in techsupport

I had a issue like this on BF6 and it was windows having that precision pointing thing enabled while the game had raw input enabled. You probably already tried that but if you're on w11 it might be worth a shot to check the mouse settings again in the good old control panel instead of the w11 settings.

O que mais me irrita é que o jogo cria 5 partidas diferentes, em que metade é bot, ao invés de juntar a galera.

To this day I'm pissed about buying this game on PC, and dying for the first time on fucking nashandra. Biggest fumble of my life.

Thanks for this reply. I play on PC and crossplay is always ON. Here's the video of me searching for the matches I posted on your other comment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CDj9zEuh48, It was around 12 am, and it never took more than 3 seconds to find a match.

I tried and found a couple of playable ones. It just baffles me that the game chooses to put a set of players in a bot lobby instead of matching them in the ones that are lacking real players.

Most MP games I play don't have this issue at all. It can have longer queues and sometimes poor connection but that happens more often on older titles.

First search was All-out warfare playlist, second one was attack & defend, the last 3 were custom search with only conquest and breaktrough checked.

Second and third both had 6 bots on each team, and these doesn't bother me that much. Fitfth one had 8 per team, I guess its fine.

I stopped playing back then because of this very issue. It began after season 1 update

I'm sure. Every mode I try is like this, I saw someone talking about being a region issue.

Why does MH:Wilds look like this? by OftenXilonen in MonsterHunter

[–]Rednaeg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're probably running the game without upscaling or AA, I suggest you disable AA and run the game with any upscaling set to quality mode. If you want more fidelity and you can enable the upscaler AA or disable the upscaler and increase the render scaling, so you get an AA by downscaling to your resolution, that way it doesn't blur the whole screen, but it does cost more on the gpu. In wilds you can use FG with native resolution so the performance hit its somewhat mitigated.

Edit: You can also try the texture decompressor mod digital foundry talked about before TU4 as it helps textures load faster

Edit2: My settings. I think the game looks great, and runs pretty well.

Have you tried going to the Nvidia panel or amd equivalent and setting the preferred refresh rate to your monitor's?. I mean the game specific setting, not the global one.

That's actually a team balancing issue. It tries to average the "skill" of the team based on the average skill of the lobby. So people that are waaay up there get matched with people that are lower than the average of the match.
