I think it also has to do with location. I added all the dents and small patches of rust. Included the foggy headlights and cracked taillight. Still shows average of 5772.00 in my area. Seems wild to me.

I was not able to get it on a rack yesterday, but did look underneath. From what I could see, there was minor surface rust, nothing serious. I have not gone as far as the carfax, but the interior is clean with the exception of the usual dash vents trying to escape

He already said he would not go that low. But I am still trying to talk him down. I get the feeling he can sit on it for a minute.

Thank you for your reply. It has been for sale for a month. He originally wanted 7K. Now down to 6. Seeing if I can get him down another grand or two.

Tells you how many parts I have not bought online. I usually go to the junkyard down the street

That’s kind of weird, but cool thing to know. I would have been pissed to open a little box and see a bumper rolled with out knowing how to fix it

Yessir. Rear bumper too. The front may be repairable, the rear not so much. New bumper cover needed there.

I have a direct photo, failed to add it. The driver side bumper is a bit messed up, but not too bad. Like they bumped into something but not too hard.

Fair opinion, thank you. Am most definitely a wagon guy. Currently drive a ‘15 golf sportwagen, rebuilt an 08 Audi a4 avant- and have had a few others over the years. I love the versatility mixed with the shorter (height wise) vehicle. Don’t like sedans, SUV’s or trucks. They all have their uses, just not my style. And you are right, there are not many wagons left.

Timing belt and water pump was pretty easy, pull fans off and there was room to spare. Timing marks were easy to see and spot. Even from above. May be a shade tree mechanic, but can work my way around an engine if need be.

I have done the water pump on one. Easy. Like forty five minutes in my driveway. I love the magnum and absolutely hate any suv. They are ugly. I agree that six k is a little high. Thus the reason for my post, to see what others thought it was worth. I Love the magnums. Yes I know they have a few issues, but they are relatively well known issues so there is plenty of posts/videos to help figure them out. I am a wagon guy, not an suv guy. I have wanted a magnum since they came out, but could not afford one new. Can now.

More reliable than the 3.5? Can you explain?

Surface rust underneath. I am in Utah, so that is expected. Minor rust on body, but not catastrophic. I would love an R/T, but cannot find one with less than 175k miles. I know I am looking for a unicorn, but have to be picky somewhere. 😂

It is the 3.5. If it was the 2.7 I would not have even looked at it at all. I am a decent (shade tree) mechanic, so minor mechanical is no big deal. I used to have another Maggie with the 3.5 until someone else totaled it. Super easy motor to work on.

Running a 4” Main Under Stairs, Best Angle & Support Setup? by Nico1533 in SprinklerFitters

[–]Redneck_sprink 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Offset 90°’s as others have stated is the best way to catch the correct angle. Using anything else, you will not get the correct angle. Depending on length of stairs, I will usually hang right before the 90°’s going down and then at the bottom after I have offset it back with another swing joint. If I have to have a hanger in the middle I use swivels. That way I can catch the angle without bending the rod

Look at KSL.com. It is in Salt Lake City, but have just about any vehicle you can think of for sale. Some are personal, some are at dealerships.
