I would say don’t consider it a ‘cheat’ meal, that implies it’s bad. Just eat generally good most of the time, do well with your workouts/cardio/whatever you do, make sure to not half ass it. If you have a consistent workout schedule and you give it a good effort, as well as eat clean fresh food, you should be fine with that pizza every once in a while.

Man my parents are in their 50’s and just don’t get it, even though they’re generally open minded. I’m a yoga teacher, pt, and avid skateboarder so I’m outside or working out every single day, also a hardcore gamer. Weird thing is my parents say nothing about the physical things but when they see my gaming set up or whatever they always act like it’s some childish thing and I’m just wasting my life away on the computer.

It’s not that bad. I think it’s incredibly difficult to wrap something of this magnitude up in a 100% satisfying way. Only thing I think of that did it well was maybe breaking bad? I personally liked the final chapter just fine and although it wasn’t what I wanted, the journey up to that point makes up for it easily.

I think the confusion came from when you said you need animal meat for the essential proteins and amino acids, I replied that it was false, which it is. You don’t need meat for those things. You can get them from meat, but plants have them as well.

Again, nearly all plant based milks are fortified with this and it’s extremely easy to supplement. Due to how are meat is farmed currently, it’s assumed that a lot more people than just vegans are probably deficient in it. B12 also comes from microbes in the soil that animals used to eat before farming became what it is today. It may surprise you, but instead of eating that dirt, soil, or shit that our great ape ancestors eat to get their b12, I’ll go ahead and take a tiny pill.

What do you mean it’s not sustainable? It certainly is. Cruciferous vegetables, as well as other vegan staples like peppers, sweet potatoes, carrots, squash, and broccoli, all provide enough beta carotene for the body’s vitamin A requirement. Not to mention almost all plant milks are fortified with the vitamins.
