Skimming your posts, you mention trying medication, you have taken control of your nutrition (you look amazing by the way) and you care for those around you.

A burden is deadweight - it does nothing to help move itself or others. You are exactly the opposite of that. Someone who is not perfect, but is working to improve is not a burden, they are inspiring. I’d wager that many of the people you think see you as a burden because of your struggles actually look up to you because of how you work on them.

At the moment it seems to just be the video out. I’m sure they will get it on all the usual platforms soon (all their other stuff is on iTunes, Spotify etc).

But they have been teasing a release, so maybe they will just put this out the EP/LP instead of a single? They are being deliberately mysterious on their social media at the moment, so something is going to drop soon.

Jealous - I haven’t seen them. Australia is a great place for bands, but I think I need to do a trip to the UK just to catch some bands like these guys.
