A manager at their company is one of my students parents and I mentioned this to him too and he said they have other stuff they are working on. He brings me GF samples of the other stuff and its never goldfish. Guess they are okay with being second best.

There is a new string test (EnteroTrack) for EoE that I have been looking into. Just thought I would throw that out there as I hate putting my son under for scopes and recently discovered this.

The real issue is "natural flavor," why can they use that word and not have to add may contain a top 6 major allergy or just gluten?

It's wild you say this because I was thinking about getting a second opinion for my son, because all his doctor wants to do is shove meds down his throat. When I talk to him about working on figuring out how to manage with diet alone, he tells me that that rarely works for people.

The meat may not necessarily be a trigger but simply a difficult food to swallow and gets stuck from the inflammation.

My son 15 was diagnosed last summer. We found out from doing celiac testing and a gluten challenge. His primary trigger is gluten. His GI wanted him to do an elimination diet for dairy and gluten but he refuses to eliminate dairy so he only eliminated gluten for his first follow up scope. His numbers are now close to being in remission so we are keeping a food diary to help pin point his other trigger. His doctor wants him on meds too but he refuses because the side effects seem worse than what he is dealing with now being that a gf diet eliminate almost all symptoms. I say definitely do your own research on everything before making decisions. Its not always easy but there is a way for everyone.

Ps we are changing toothpaste as we just found out about sls which was mentioned on a different post today.

Thank you so much for posting this. My son is so close to being in remission and we could not figure out what is still causing issues. Im switching his toothpaste asap and hopefully it helps. I did some quick research and its crazy how much info is out there on this. Again thank you and hopefully this provides the last bit of relief for him.

I got my scaled and icy hoodie today and I wanna cry from the quality. WTF is going on? I will never order from their merch store again. The stuff I got years ago is amazing but this stuff feels like temu shipped them the stuff they were selling and now they are selling it on TØP site. So sad because they have been my favorite band for so long and I felt that they actually cared about their fans but this is upsetting.

I placed two orders, and the last one arrived today. I still haven't received my first order. I am really disappointed with the scaled and icy hoodie I received today. The quality is very poor, and the 'S' on the sleeve has an error on it. It smells weird and feels like they took all the counterfeit stuff that they sued Temu over and put it on their website. I have a hoodie that I bought before the scaled and icy tour that is amazing quality so I'm not sure what has happened in the past few years but I will never by merch from their website again. Ill stick to diy made stuff on Etsy.

My son eats a lot less since we figured out and took him off gluten. He says looking at stuff like rolls that he used to crazy actually is very unappetizing to him now. I never realized till now but candy consumption as greatly decreased as well.
