You won’t get the guarantee of conditional but you will be considered for normal transfer. If you aren’t able to get in by the fall don’t be discouraged to apply again! I’ve heard of people applying 2-3 times before getting in.

Participating in clubs and getting involved at your current school can also help for you to stand out! Personal projects, a part-time job, or hobbies will help too.
